I received my order, but the product is damaged, what should I do?

Despite all the care taken in checking our products and our packaging, we are unfortunately not immune to problems. However, our customer service is at your disposal to help you find a solution to this inconvenience.

To ensure rapid support, we invite you to send an email via the Contact page with photos of the damage to your item and a quick description of the situation.

You will receive a response within 24 hours. While waiting for this, we invite you to keep the packaging of your item in case of return.

We advise you to check your furniture upon receipt, even if it is not intended to be used immediately.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

For any modification or cancellation request, we invite you to send an email via the Contact page, as soon as possible after your order so that we can take the necessary steps before shipping your order.

How do I view and/or edit my invoice?

Your invoice will be available as soon as your order is shipped and available in your personal space.

Any request for modification to the invoice must be requested before shipment, as modification will no longer be possible after shipment.
